Unopened products may
be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- Opened products may
be returned within 30 days for a full refund if the product fails to
perform a promised function provided you requested help from
technical support.
- Otherwise returns
will be charged a restocking fee of 10% plus 4% per week from date
product arrived.
- Returns must be in
like new condition and you must contact us for an RMA number prior
to returning the product.

2 year warranty. Products returned for warranty are subject to these

- Product will be replaced with a refurbished unit unless other arrangements are made.
- Your description of the problem must be sufficient to allow us to reproduce the problem.
- If No Trouble Found when the product is returned, a $20 handling fee will be charged.
- Customer pays for shipping costs.

| Sometimes customers need the warranty replacement product immediately. Upon request, we will ship an advance replacement. Simply order a new product and enter in
your comments the RMA number of your warranty return. When we receive your warranty return, we will refund your purchase price, less a 20% express replacement fee. |
